Beware of agents who wants to text you to death - Zack understands some topics are best handled with a phone call. He is conscientious and consistent, communicating by email, text and phone calls. Overall, he represents his client's best interest, for instance, he was knowledgeable about escalation clauses used to guarantee a buyer gets a particular house. Zack is great. Highly recommend. We had the tough task of trying to find an apartment over the span of 1 weekend, for our relocation from Los Angeles to Boston. I think we were pretty demanding of him, and in the end we made his life extra difficult by only liking ONE of the places we saw, and then putting a lot of pressure on him to get that place. But guess where I'm writing this review from? That place! Because we live there now.
